Captured here in his Full-Dress Blues, Joe won the coveted World Championship in: 1984,’88, ‘90, ‘91, ‘92.
This painting depicts Joe doing a burnout in the car that delivered him his 5th Championship in 1992. Also, there is the inset of him sitting in his 1993 livery getting ready to defend his Championship at the 93 Winter Nationals.
